Delete your hapi account

You can delete your account yourself, inside the app. It is automatic and takes effect at once.

How to delete it

1. Open hapi and sign in.
2. Open the menu, then Settings, then the Account page.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

To keep a copy first, open Account data and security on the same page and tap Download a copy of my data.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and your account.
• Every prayer, quest, streak and hasanat record.
• Your relics, level, friends and your place on the boards.
• Your cycle log, if you synced it.
• Your chats and reports.

What stays

Your place on a battle ladder stays as a nameless "Retired player" with no picture and no link to you.

If you can no longer open the app

Install hapi again, sign in with the same email and follow the steps above. If you cannot sign in, email support@hapibi.com from the email on your account and we will delete it for you.
